The official language of the conference is English.

The Lithuanian climate can be described as typical European continental influenced climate with warm, dry summers and fairly severe winters. Average temperature in September is +12,9–15,5°C. It is a good idea to bring an overcoat for cool evenings and an umbrella for a shower. The participants are nonetheless suggested to check the weather forecast before coming to Vilnius. Letter of invitation
The Conference secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing committee would like to clearly state that the letter is only to help the participant to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and has no further financial obligations from the Conference towards the participant. The Conference secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment.

Passport and visa
A valid passport is required for non-EU citizens for entry into Lithuania and the European Union. An identity card is sufficient for citizens of EU Member States. Please consult the Consulate nearest to you for special details. For some countries a visa is required for entering Lithuania. Please visit the website of the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for more detailed information.

Conference badges
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors must wear the Conference identification badges. Entrance to meeting halls, poster and exhibition area will not be permitted to any person without a badge.

Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail after the Conference only to those participants who actually attended the Conference.

The official currency in Lithuania from January, 2015 is Euro.

Mobile phone manners
As a courtesy to other attendees, please observe good mobile phone manners. When attending sessions, please turn off your mobile phone and other wireless communications or use the silent notification options. If you must take a call, please step out of the room rather than disrupting the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing committee nor the Conference secretariat assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel insurance.
